About the Event
يسر الاتحاد القطري للسباحة تنظيم بطولة كرة الماء الشاطئية خريف 2023 وفقاً للقواعد والنظم التالية:
1. الموعد والمكان:
- أيام الخميس الجمعة والسبت 26-27-28 أكتوبر 2023
- ميناء الدوحة القديم
2. المشاركون:
- البطولة مفتوحة للعموم (الفرق والهيئات) من داخل وخارج دولة قطر.
- فندق البطولة هو Mina Hotel and Residences
- سعر خاص للفرق التي ترغب الاقامة في فندق البطولة.
- يسمح لكل فريق بتسجيل عدد 5 لاعبين كحد أدنى على ورقة التحكيم.
- يغلق باب التسجيل للمشاركة في البطولة يوم الأحد 22/10/2023.
3. نظام البطولة:
- يطبق نظام الكأس (خروج المغلوب من مرة واحدة).
- تقام مباراة فاصلة بين المهزومين لتحديد ترتيب النهائي للفرق المشاركة.
- مدة المباراة 4 أشواط زمن كل شوط خمسة (5) دقائق لعباً فعليًا.
- مدة الراحة بين الشوط الأول والثاني والثالث والرابع (2) دقيقتين.
- مدة الراحة بين الشوط الثاني والثالث (3) دقائق.
4. جوائز البطولة:
- يمنح كاس البطولة للفريق الفائز في المباراة النهائية.
- توزع الميداليات على المراكز الثالثة الأولى.
- تمنح مكافئات الفوز للفرق الفائرة بالثلاثة المراكز الأولى.
6. برنامج البطولة:
يتم إعداد جدول المباريات بعد تحديد عدد الفرق المشاركة واجراء عميلة القرعة يوم الاثنين 23/10/2023.
- الخميس 26 أكتوبر 2023: الفترة المسائية حسب برنامج البطولة
- الجمعة 27 أكتوبر 2023: الفترة الصباحية والمسائية.
- السبت 28 أكتوبر 2023: الفترة الصباحية والمسائية
The Qatar Swimming Association is pleased to organize the Beach Water Polo Championship for the Fall 2023, according to the following rules and regulations:
1. Date and Venue:
- October 26-27-28, 2023,
- Old Doha Port
2. Participants:
- The championship is open to the public (individuals and entities) from inside and outside Qatar.
- The championship hotel is Mina Hotel and Residences
- A special price for teams desiring to stay in the championship hotel.
- Each team is allowed to register a minimum of 5 players on the scorecard.
- The registration deadline for participation in the championship on Sunday, October 22, 2023.
3. League System and Point Calculation:
- The cup system is applied (losing team is eliminated).
- A playoff match is held between the losers to determine the final ranking of the participating teams.
- The match duration is 4 quarters, with each quarter lasting 5 minutes.
- The break duration between the first, second, third, and fourth quarters is 2 minutes each.
- The break duration between the second and third quarters is 3 minutes.
4. League Prizes:
- The championship cup is awarded to the winning team of the final match.
- Medals are distributed to the first three places.
- Winning teams in the first three places receive prizes.
5. League Schedule:
The match schedule is prepared after determining the number of participating teams, conducting the draw, and holding the technical meeting on Monday, October 23, 2023.
